I haven’t been able to play in the server that I am in (NAW) for the past 3 days now. On the morning on the first day before this issue happened, I was able to login, then when I log out and try to log back in again, I started defaulting in the SA region being unable to switch back to NAW.
I tried all available troubleshooting guide according to the threads here and in the Amazon support center, but still unable to reach a solution. I have contacted amazon support but they are unable to assist.
The only time I am able to login is if I am using my mobile hotspot but obviously this is an expensive way to play the game that is supposed to be free. Please assist in any way.
It’s good that more people are making forum threads about this issue. Unfortunately, AGS/SG don’t seem to be taking this seriously. A small, but significant, number of players have had their ISPs erroneously blocked. I’m getting tired of using my cellular connection to play this game, and it’s only been 3 days for me. It’s been 3+ weeks for others.
Getting this message as well in North America West. I was just playing a few days ago with no problem. Looks like my wife’s account is also having the same issue.
Im getting the same error and I have played in the last year. I cannot get to Bergstrom in the North American West region. I bet they are having an outage and dont know it. I was able to play a few days ago. It doesnt make sense why they would block legit ISP blocks…
If they don’t fix this by next week I’m calling it quits on this game. Just not worth it to jump through hoops to play this game. They are failing so hard to combat the bots and are just harming real users.

In order to combat bots they thought it was a good idea to ban ip ranges. Looks like your public ip was in one of those ranges just like mine. I use a vpn or my phones data to play now. This is dumb as hell. What are your isps btw? I’m using altima telecom and dont have access to NAE( I play from canada)
