People who say majority of people at 1370+ right now are whales are simply jealous.
Yeah it was terrible rushing to T3 and making bank selling honing materials to whales before the prices came crashing down. I should probably just give away all the gold I made.

Right now if you were decently lucky and having multiple characters already in T3 you can get to 1370 without being a whale. However this again depends on RNG.
Someone will pitty +14 / +15 weapon wasting a weeks of progression when someone will few tap it. Theres a HUGE gap between players who have spent similar amount of time and effort into the game and their progression.
I’m F2P and can play 12hrs a day if I want to. I’m sat at 1340. I don’t think sitting before the dead zone is that uncommon atm even if you could go higher.
(Not spending money till Games future is certain.)

I only see bots, new players and ilvl60 and below in Prideholm
I only see bots, some players in ilvl180, a handful ilvl250+, and maybe occasionally someone thats ilvl1000+ in Wavestrands Port
I only see more bots, players generally in ilvl302+, good amount of players ilvl500+ maybe a dozen ilvl1000+ in North Vern

average case scenario from 1340 to 1370 needs 1211 honor leapstone, 9565 destruction crystal, 28693 guardian crystal, 12608 gold, 56k honor shard and 677 fusion materials.
The only reasonably achievable resource for a f2p is the 56k honor shard.
It takes around 3 weeks on average for a f2p player without an alt to reach 1370 from 1340. This is including event such as grand prix and taking that you are buying and taking all resources in game (such as guild, pirate coin, una) to max, plus a bit of basic market manipulation that you sell mats on market and buy at Mari whenever possible, and buy some solar protection at Mari as well. The game is released on steam for about a 5 weeks. Grand prix is only out for 2 weeks. Even if you are a god tier player and you already know the system by playing in RU/KR you might still have trouble reach 1370 if you are unlucky, with a alt or 2 then you squeeze your way into 1370.
It is safe to say these players barely exists, there are probably less than 100 of them in entire NAEU combined, because most people do have a life to some degree outside of the video game and will not have 3 character at ilevel 1340 at the same time.
Yeah, there might be 1% of 1370+ population who are just blessed by RNGesus, 5% are giga tryhard, the rest 94% are whales of different sizes.
