Not seeing a difference in +1 with either Adren or EP, was thinking about trying +1 Ambush master for my +1 on my 5X3+1.
Currently Running Mayhem/MT/CD/RC/Grudge. so wondering on if trying +1 Ambush or +1 KBW would be viable at 1600 Crit 700 Swift

For 5x3+1 you should take Master’s Tenacity 3, Keen Blunt 3, Grude 3, Raid Captain 3, Cursed doll 3 and Mayhem 1
With ancient you can get 5x3+2 , where you switch Mayhem and Cursed doll

Always take KBW at level 3. Adrenaline is pretty useless on zerker, and Ambush isn’t recommended either. Go ether predator if it’s between those 3.
Or as the other guy said, you can go Cursed Doll, Mayhem, or Raid Captain level 1.
If you plan on going 5x3+2. class is always going to be level 3.
