1 month per class is still too slow. Let's make a change

I think the problem is strictly because of how our release works.

In KR, the last ilv gate was like 6 months ago. People have had their main past the max ilv needed for any content for a while, and have had time to push alts up and swap mains if they want. If a new class came out they could put all their resources into it and lose no overall progress, and swap to it as a main.

With how our version works, you’re basically locked in to your original main unless you want to fall behind in ilv and progression on things like relic sets, and with 1415/1445 Valtan on the horizon there’s no way you’re going to get a new class anywhere near that in time unless you are a whale, so there isn’t much motivition to use Glaivier as anything but another alt to funnel your main.

Most people don’t find that exciting or motivating to play.

Unfortunately, AGS/SG don’t seem to want to boost people up the the ilv of the new content and instead give us events boosting people to the start of T3, several months away from Valtan. And then of course they say they have to delay content because people aren’t high enough ilv.

I’m just feeling down today, I spent over 7k gold, over 10k guardians stones and over 300 Great leapstones on my Berserker to try to get to Valtan and only went from 1385 to 1389 with almost 2 pities. If it was my main class I wouldn’t mind pities its still some progress since I know that is the class I want to play.

We have knowledge of KR classes, and even more, for the summoner case, we don’t even need KR or RU to have knowledge about it. It was one of the 15 release class, with its video, the shorts skills video, and was in beta.

What if we had already all 22 classes, would it be a disaster for the game? or even a problem for the game? You said “for argos everyone complained was too soon” but do you really understand what is the difference between a endgame raid and a class ?

We play because we didn’t wait Amazon to like the game. because we have not only KR class knowledge, but also we were interested in the game, waited for it. “If” we didnt have knowledge of the game before the amazon release, be sure there would be less people.

The later the endgame content is release : better it is for people waiting for class… Each raid release increase the time needed to reach it… Making harder and harder to swap main. Again thank you other region experience showing us that changing main is nothing easy that can be done in 1 week like in most other MMORPG. Destroyer who did began to hoard at the new roadmap release should be able to get to valtan fast (2nd week is totally possible). People who will switch with the june class, and who wait to be sure it is “their class” to hoard will have to wait weeks after the release to swap…

and you know, people cried destroyer, arcana and others were too far away already on march 7th, while people began slowly to complain that argos was too soon… Nothing changed about classes. we asked to have them faster, we ask to have them faster. and will ask to have them faster. You dislike it ? find it stupid ? while you try to explain we should stop playing, i invite you to just ignore those topics. Because what we ask have no risk to harm your experience so… no problem right ?

(and clearly not everyone said “argos too early”… it is extremly false, lot of people, maybe majority, but clearly not all… many people, even some F2P pointed another problem… but easier to distord reality to fit your arguments ? )

WTF are you doing? 1370-1395 doesnt go below 60% successes using solars which is literally the best time to in the game

The major problem I see with this delayed release of the classes is mainly due to how the game forces us to play several alts in order to feed our main, whereas, at the same time, there’s a threshold of 6 characters per account (without spending money to increase it further).
I’m close to have 5 characters right now (one main and 4 alts), which means I’ll have one remaining slot to create a character tied to my whole roster.
At first I thought I would go with a Glaivier to embrace the new class, but after watching several footage of the class I’m not sure anymore if I want to burn my last remaining character slot for the Glaivier…

I know from several months the Reaper is the character I would like to embrace the most but since I’ve no idea when they’re about to release it, I don’t even know if it’s worth the time to “nerf” my roster by saving my last character slot until it comes out.
And it’s annoying because due to how the game “seems to be designed”, not being able to generate gold with a full roster just because I don’t want to burn my last remaining slot in the meantime saddens me.

The major problem for me is the main swap.

The treshold of 6 limit without paying is a specific one, and does not cost too much to get more.
if you played for hours each week, for month, some few dollars/euros is not a tragedy.
Also isn’t it possible ot spend gold to be able to buy a character slot ? (didn’t spent lot of time in CS so real question… bought nothing aside a gunslinger skin… and was with cristal from plat pack ^^" )

Another way to deal with your problem : getting a class up to 1340 is not really hard. i saw how fast i was with my sorc with just naruni event, nothing in stock.
You could totally do a character for the better farming if you want, then… delete the one you like play the less in favor of reaper.

Also waiting for Scouter. And also giving it until June.

I leveled a Glavier in hopes that it would hold me over and I hate the playstyle. Ive tried essentially almost every class in the game so far. Nothing is grabbing my attention enough to hold me over.

I mained Scouter on RU server, I want to main scouter on NA. I dont want to play any of these other classes and its really sucking the enjoyment out of the game. Forcing myself to play classes that I dont want while we’re drip fed the remaining classes as “content”. Just want to invest into the game finally. Dont want anymore t3 “Alts”

I already did pay some bucks for the game, so I’m not one of those expecting to get everything for free (despite the fact that the game is indeed sale as a F2P game, though).

But since the game already has several “predatory” aspects that tend to generate money through the in-game shop, I would like to try to make the best use of my 6 character slots first.

I could indeed try to level up a 6th character and delete one later, but it doesn’t sound appealing to spend time with an alt to delete it later. It might be fairly okay with the events to level one now, but it’s still time consuming and we might not have that kind of events forever anyways.

Im also waiting for Scouter, played so many classes but no fun with them. I guess i will stack mats now till i get my Scouty.

Except if reaper is the june class (you can go to this gamble) the current event would be lost for not using it.
So the “not this kind of event forever” does no apply… just the final chest reward justify to do it, and so, better maximize this super express by pushing an alt.

The express is good through 6/30. Think most of us are trying to see what class is coming June. (Hopefully sooner than the 21st this time) before we make that commitment in case its the class we’re waiting for. I for one am holding off to see if Scouter drops. If not, I will push my bard up with it.

Nope. A ton of people are asking them to change that, since if it costs blue crystal they get the money anyway.

Meanwhile their first fix for character slot tickets issues borked their ‘increase’ to max slots because no one in the command pipeline said “Wait, doesn’t that mean we need to undo the limitation on tickets you can buy?”

Which would never have been an issue if they’d just launched with full slot cap to start with. (Since they curbed it because you could buy 12 but only use 6 of them.)

It seems you don’t care the class release pace topic, but you feel the need to taunt people with an empty message… interesting.

For people who just are bored of seeing topic about “faster class release” or " release [class]" fighting against this request is shooting at yout foot :
earlier we get it, earlier we will shut up. Else, won’t stop. so better for you to just ignore those topics, than trying to fight against :wink:

Out of everybody on this forum who have been nothing but toxic, rude or offer nothing informative, you are one of the only few that are standing up and speaking out about this topic, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, there’s nothing else I can really do but continue to bump this thread and hope they listen, or at least shed some light about it. Until then, let’s keep pushing.

i am mainly on the summoner one, and i voiced about it far before.
Reality is that this topic will get an answer only with summer roadmap.

And no, not all are toxic, for this subject (class pace) in this topic, some people was able to have a trade even if more a “1 per month, will be like this”.

The lack of communication, the state of the game and all people here without even knowing what a KMMORPG is creates this situation on forum… all on their nerve, ready to get in rage mode to defend their view. making for each topic people a lot polarised team “fine as it is” or team “have to change”

For the subject we want to defend, we just have to keep calm, answer calmly. And wait because in the end… as said few lines ago we can only wait for the summer roadmap as answer. And while we wait, showing that we didn’t forget this request.
