So, It’s officially been over a month without getting my drops.
At the beggining everyone I was constantly being told that it was due to “product inventory issues” but It’s pretty much been proven that It’s not related.
I only received the drops prior to official launch, and have been the last 3 drops (phoenix pet, mount and paper hat) I’m pretty sure it’s related to me having to unlink my account on launch day due to 10010 error (founder) i’m sure @Roxx can remember the problems that happened on launch with 10010s, and the “fix” she provided was to unlink and link again amazon&steam accounts (not blaming you Roxx, you just provided a fix).
But 2 days ago, when the extra drops as compensation for EUW/EUC happened, I received the extra drops… but just the Fox pet, no other drops, which leads me to believe, that the real problem, is that the other drops, are NOT LINKED to my account somehow (despite them being claimed on twitch, and having already linked and unlinked account probably over 5 times, as per Live Chat’s Suggestion).
And seeing how useless and inept Live Chat has proven to be (here i am, sitting right now while typing this on Live Chat, for over 10 mins awaiting a response) I decided to come to the forums, in hope of Roxx or any other CM being able to scalate this or something (I’ve got a ticket case if needed, but don’t know if it’ll be a good idea to put it in the forums or not)
