100 cap = spammers win

I’m really enjoying the game, but from the moment you enter, you are bombarded by non-stop gold spammers. Whenever you change zones, you are basically forced to report the current active gold spammer, then and block them, so you can even SEE any normal conversation before it scrolls off the screen.

But yesterday I got a system error message saying “you cannot block more than 100 people”…
So now I cant even remove the spam… Gold sellers win. The mere fact I’d had to block 100 spammers shows how much ongoing effort goes into just trying to USE area chat in each zone.
Chat is now purely Gold Seller Spam for me - I cant silence it because Lost Ark is blocking ME from helping myself.

Lost Ark - CHAT is suffocating in gold seller spam.
No chat > no community > no group fun > no players.
You need to be much more aggressive at identifying and blocking Gold seller accounts and spam.

It’s not a perfect system but the vast majority of the bot accounts are disregarded within hours.

You can remove a lot of your previously blocked accounts (friends list menu in-game) in order to be able to report/block new accounts.

oh so you mean one should clean their block list every day just to be able to block more bots?

That or we can all continue to complain about the 100-block limit every single day until either the limit is expanded, removed, or we no longer have a bot issue.

Meanwhile. Don’t want to see bots in the area chat. Then yes.

Or they could invest in better AI / algorithms to identify bot messaging - if their account blocking is failing. Burden shouldnt be moved to us to fight bots, just to play the game normally…
