Hello I also get the error 10027, which means I can’t even select a server (or connect to the login server).
So from my point of view new servers do not solve this problem because I can’t even select the less populated NA servers even If I wanted to.
Please give me feedback on how to solve this technical problem.
Been like this for days, and it hasn’t improved since release. It surely doesn’t feel like it’s being worked at.

it wont solve the queue issues for excisting players who have already bound thier packs/items to the roster of that server,unless they are given 100% what they bought when they move …
Got a solution for you. Post admin in game, and player who prefer to speak in tchat about politic, religion, debate about youtube stars and other and probably don’t play… (if they write 15mess/min so you are not in bash, quest or dungeons…) and this player are in game while others are in queue…
Now… how the hell founderpack player could play during pre launch and cant now? move f2p player on f2p server and founderpack player on founderpack server.
right now this is not suitable… sorry but you have to care about this…its the same if i said “ok go to work and at the end of the month you will have the surprise if you will be paid or not…” and probably the one who dont work will have your pay… what a joke…
So true exactly that…haha. By the way I have experienced that error too after 9 attempts I have jumped right away in a 12k players queue. Now the real fight begins
With the 10027 error, we can’t even choose a server or be in a queue…it automatically gives an error, we press ok and the game is closed.
I understand that you are doing your best to fix this issue, but this is starting to be a little bit annoying.
isn’t possible to raise the server’s capacity instead of adding new ones? I don’t want a new server, I want to play in the server where I created my char and I bet that most players feel the same.
I am in the same boat as you. Spent money to be supportive and all that. However I have more hours in queueing up and not being able to connect at all than playing the actual game… At this point it’s better to just never log out anymore . But I feel the same. At this point it’s truly getting annoying.
Maybe. But if they want to keep a solid community they won’t have the choice. Unfortunately I don’t sit around the table during brainstorming. And as I read you we can even ask us if one even exists^^. But you are right it gives the impression at least.
Yeah. They are probably working hard on it, too bad nobody feels it like that (me included). Which comes down to a way of communicating or information sharing. A more detailed and more frequently updated log on current activities would go a long way ^^
Them adding new servers isn’t going to make any difference to the queues on servers with huge populations and 20k+ queues. I doubt many of us with lvl 50 characters are in the mood to re roll on a fresh server and risk the exact same issue happening there too
Yes, as they said, what about the money spent for nothing? I have a job, i can’t log in at the morning just to avoid the mass of f2p players which, for the records, the most aren’t even playing, they’re just there to insult, be racist ar debate about things they don’t understand.
As a founderpack player, how the hell can’t i play a game that i paid for…
