11 PM is still a busy time, you need to know your customers are not 8 year old or 80 years old.

It’s 8am in Central Europe. No matter what time they take them down, some jimmies will be ruffled somewhere. I’d love to play right now but I hope that our European Lostarkers can get their queue/server issues fixed soon.

Then they should split the NA EU down times or the servers as a whole. Why the heck would they have them shared?
they did the europe patch at a different time they did it 2 hours ago, and for europe it only took them one hour, my guess is ours is longer cause they have more regions to do

They aren’t shared. EU is currently able to play…NA, however, is unable due to massive incompetence.
Amazon is a small Indie Company, please understand.
It’s not like they’re the biggest corporation on this planet, who are able to hire the most competent and qualified people for the job and people who are on top of their game because they’re getting paid the big bucks.
