1340 Abyss dungeon Entry failed but use Entry count?

Hello! As the title suggests, I was in a party to go into the 1340 Oreha Prevaza dungeon for my alt run and after the loading screen, the game just returned me back to Punika but used my entry count for the week?

Character name : Harukaie

Check for a re-entry ticket please!

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that the system counted the failed attempt to enter the dungeon.

I understand how frustrating this is, in this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, please wait while the system process your case, normally it takes more than 24 hours for the system to provide the ticket if you’re eligible, I apologize for the inconvenience. Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts

What happens if I don’t get a re-entry ticket? I’ll wait a couple days to see if I get it back but what do you propose I do if I don’t?

Unfortunately, there’s nothing else we can do, as I mentioned before we don’t have a way to provide you a ticket manually, our system is the only way to get a ticket back, I apologize for the inconvenience.
