1370 sorc and sh, both naked, both bussin argos.
Do NOT get 4x3 LEGENDARIES, get to 1415 and then maybe think of getting cheap 4x3 relics, blue quality.

Yeah i mean as a new player, what i would do, although boring is to create 5 support alts, and one main dps, and get them all supports to 1370 to do argos normally or bussing, and maybe main bussing in order to get constant flow of gold. The supports get easy access in raids and that way you can learn raids faster.
Yeah, get 1415 before buying stone/accessories. Get lvl 5 gems, then sell the rest of those until you get your 5x3 relic. Buy accessories before yellow books. Set yourself up so that once you buy your 1 or 2 yellow book sets, you’ll be 5x3. Until then use double class engraving at purple for lvl3 class. That’ll make you 4x3 till you buy all the books.
Doing it this way gets your character setup for a very long time while focusing first on the thing that ppl gatekeep the most which is engravings. Along with getting you most of the way there before the book investment which takes a while.
Both Igniter Sorc and Demonic impulse sh are really expensive since they are spec classes. Try out reflux/perfect suppression in trixion to see if you enjoy those builds. If you prefer, Igniter or Demonic, take some low quality accessories and then upgrade them later. I personally just geared a Demonic impulse for 60k gold and had to take a 12 quality class accessory and a 52 quality to keep the price reasonable.

on a side note, you can upgrade your characters to 1414.?? setup 3x3 with agro/oreha accessories and run both those for gold instead of bussing without much issues.

If you are a half Domination Reflux sorc that’s 2x3 and 4 malice still do not spend Pheon until you hit 1415. 
If you join a friendly guild, you can get free busses xD
tbh at this state of the game you should rise a 4x3 support first to easily farm gold and funnel back to your desire dps , wait for the new update and pick 1 of those 3 support class for hyper express , it just an advice from me , unless you have a guild to help you with raid , some guild even pay you gold to build a support for them
Run Oreha hard while you can that will get you a good amount of legendary accs.
