I try to buy some royal crystal, but the shop want let me, common bug or what is going on?

Game not allowing me to purchase

I click the Buy Now button and a loading starts underneath the “Get more Royal Crystals” pop-up. After a few seconds, it goes back to normal as if nothing happened. I’ve tried with multiple characters. I’ve restarted the game I’ve restarted game + Steam I even went to steam account details to remove my saved information and payment method I also have funds on my Steam account - which I added just to try a different method. I’ve purchased before, so this is a new issue with the game… or may…
