Please try these steps to confirm it’s not a visual bug ,
- Close Lost Ark completely
- Close Steam
- Run Steam as administrator
- Check the game files on Steam
- Open Lost Ark.
After this, if the problem persists, you can contact our customer service live chat so that our team can further investigate and if needed escalate the issue to our devs.

You can only have 12 chars atm max. in our version.
18 is max in KR. I don’t know why it let’s you activate more tickets.
(saw that you are on 12/18 in the shop, so I assumed you have 12 char slots)

Yes, I have 12/12 and I wanted to know if they will release the other tab because as it is described 18/18 so if possible I want the return of the ticket value if it is not possible to have the 3 screen for creation
In KR the other 6 Character slots came later. When they come for us, Noone will know, not even a CM will tell you.
Korea also gets another 6 char slots this year. No date announced yet, but that puts them at 24 slots.
We will get there, but Noone knows when.
