Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
I totally understand how frustrating it is to get disconnected and lose the access to an activity, however in this case we don’t have a way to provide you a ticket manually, we have a system that handles this and if the system does not give you the reentry ticket you’ll have to wait for the the weekly reset. I apologize for the inconvenience.

LOL what a joke. We had CMs telling us all week that this is getting escalated, and now we get the generic answer “if the system didn’t detect it, you’re out of luck”. You guys aren’t even on the same page, get your story straight please.
Yeah, this is actually embarrassing.
Obviously it’s not CMs fault, but we’re not even talking about a random disconnect here, but the entire server going down and a huge number of players getting fucked over.
Is it so hard to change the system so the entry isn’t consumed until you claim the rewards? And to prevent infinite boosting that rewards are claimed even if you DC and your party completes the raid? Like it’s 2022, current design is just archaic and embarrassing.
