Does anybody know if the Power Pass boosted characters do the secondary quests? To know if I can skip those on my main and stick to Main Quests.

from her comment, you dont need to watch them at all to get the second powerpass. After you use the first one, the second is automatically mailed to you

I don’t think that is what she meant by that. I think that you can only get the 2nd, after you have used the 1st. You still have to meet the pre-reqs of watching all cutscenes

Is it better to play Alt Char first trough the story and use the pass for Mainchar?

Someone told me , the pass will complete all sidequests to. So the boosted char would be GIGA ahead … weird
