26k Queue then an error!

This is so soul destroying. So today, I decided to log on at 3pm GMT time to try and get in the queue early. I was 26540th in the queue. I then sat in the queue for 7 hours and 30 minutes. When the game hit 450 left in the queue at 21:44 I decided to go get myself a cup of coffee ready to play. As soon as I got to 0, I got a message saying

“Error has occurred, please restart game”

I was absolutely devastated and logged straight back on hoping it kept my spot. I found myself 11500th in the queue.

After 7 hours and 30 minutes waiting in the queue, I’ve not been kicked out and placed back in a 3-4 hour queue.

I want my founders money back. I didn’t get to play it at all, and I can’t play it now. How can this be allowed to happen.

Unfortunately, I am no longer going to be playing this game, which is sad because I loved it and was ready to spend alot to play it.

Im “fine” waiting for queues, but getting absolute garbage and pathetic crashes on queues and not returning back to original position after crash and wait 5-6 hours is the most annoying shit ever, they deserve a massive sue from founders.

Exactly! A 6 hour queue is bad enough, but you can accept it at the very start of release as long as they plan to fix it. Having the queue disconnect you after 7 hours and 30 minutes getting from 26k in the queue to 300 and then disconnecting you before putting you back in a 12k queue is absolutely criminal.
