If you get a disconnect or crash during valtan G1 and the grp clears G1 while you are logging back in, you get locked out from the whole dungeon (including G2) without getting any rewards. The game shows both gates open in the legion raid menu but entry count exceeded. All while you never even touched G2. How is that not a bug?

At the last minute a friend was disconnected, when he returned âvictoryâ appeared but without rewards, neither being able to access Phase 3 nor being able to perform phase 2.
The system is the worst Iâve seen in a long time in Mmorpg

@Roxx @Shadow_Fox I was MVP with 33% dmg and because I was disconnected with 2 life bar last seconds in gate 2, now I don´t get rewards I cannot move forward. SOLUTION OF CS fuck you and wait a week.
Come on I pay for this product. I see is an issue for a lot of players.
CAN We get an answer? Or the message is just to fuck us all and wait a week.
This is how you treat your customers?
I know you don´t make the decision but an answer would be appreciated.

On Sat I disconnected in a Vykas raid and got locked out of rewards and progression. Support told me they do not have the tools to issue out tickets and canât do anything. So i quit after 1400hrs i wont come back unless they fix this before reset witch is not going to happen.

I think the best idea is to start making some famous streamers to be disconnected when they are to finish doing the legion raid to make this issue important to Amazon. DDOS for the win.
If it happens to common people it seems to be not an issue at all.

Same issue here.
Game froze during Vykas G2 and my raid cleared it while I was restarting the game.
No rewards, no chest and locked out for the whole week.
Players usually take long hours during legion raids and during these long hours, things like game freeze, power outage, internet issues, server issues, computer issues DO HAPPEN.
You donât have to put them on the same boat as quitters/alt-F4ers and punish them for the whole week. Just give us a 2-hour penalty or something if you canât distinguish them from intentional quitters.
Being locked out for the whole week for logging out of the game for 2-3 mins for whatever reason is JUST RIDICULOUSâŚ
