Weird… my lag/connection sits at a nice speedy 203ms… If people have worse latency than me I pity them!
Which is not only incorrect it also doesnt cover alot of other people.
Just get better internet and you will not be flagged as speed hacker anymore

I am no cheater at all, i am cynical And i wont believe anyone i dont know un a forum just because It IS his word. I dont believe this answer neither, people were banned for 3 days but ban was announce to expire in 24h, not after the appeals. And the targets were all people with 500+ hours, thats strange, only these had this lag problems? And they say the very right reason of the false bans so bot programmers can solve It? “Oh, we were targeted because of the speedhacks but not the botting, lets just remove It and we are Safe for a time”.
I keep thinking the same, he tried to outsmart the system And he got banned, that doesnt mean necessarily cheating with a macro.

Well, of you dont like someones opinion AMD.want he to be silent dont provoke him constsntly, i havent but received insults because of basically saying i dont believe op tale.
And here I thought I was just banned from LA.

I do find myself getting disconnected for being afk a bit. Being a single parent means you sometimes have to pop off with little time to disconnect properly.
Well, I don’t have the steam one, so I can only tell you what I got told myself.
If I am not mistaken, its not autokick from all vac servers, but the guy I was writing with told me he gets kicked because he got a ban.
Don’t take my word for it though.

If this is the case then the complacency in addressing this issue that is obviously pretty widespread is even worse.

Yeah, I also think this needs to get way more attention.
I know how much trouble i had over a “mere” 24 h ban.
Can’t imagine getting Permad + Steamban…
I think the best we can do is to spread awareness.
It should be common census now, that Amazon bans are not very trustworthy.
We should at least help each other out as a community.

I had the exact same experience as you did. 750+ hours, a lot of it accrued due to just being online and afk. Never used macro or anything to stay in the game because I never had a queue anyways (US EAST). Imagine being wrongfully banned and then everyone directing you to the only place that can help you (Ban Appeal Ticket). Then getting an auto reply saying my suspension was justified without due investigation. I’m glad they put out a statement in regards to this, but this really ruined the trust I had in AGS and the joy sucked out for me.
I honestly love the game. But this whole experience was eye opening. I understand things like this happen, no bot detection system is perfect. I wasn’t even mad about getting falsely banned. What I am truly mad about was being unable plead my case. No one cared enough to do any sort of investigation. It made me realize that you are truly screwed if something like this happens to you. I can’t spend money in this game anymore, how can I? Always wondering and worrying about getting banned for no reason. And believe me, if it can happen to me, it can happen to you. I care about my account, I put in a lot of effort in my characters and account progression, I even held off on buying skins off the market because I heard people were getting banned for that. I just hope the next ban wave hits less innocent players. Because it really… REALLY felt shitty.

Im still looking for someone that give more info about this, passed some days and we read @rox message, but since that nothing more, i didnt recieve any email telling me that was an error.
We deserve more information about this, and i feel this is dropping into oblivion
