UTC 8 + 3 = 11 not 12, unless that info its totally wrong cos UTC its universal

Make sure to update Lost Ark in your Steam Client, if you haven’t done that already.
Maintance this time will mean you have to download some files before you can enter game when servers will be online at 12:00 CET, if everything works as planned.
Yes but maintenance is CET time, always been.

Never been in a single que on my server 
UTC time right now is 10:48, and they started the maintenance at 8 UTC. That means it still hasn’t been 3 hours…
The files where for all at 10:24 - 27 with 4.1Gb no need to comment that
This is unacceptable! Maintenance should be conducted on Fridays between 18:00 and 21:00
