3 months and yet no fix for battle item insane cooldown bug

It’s frustrating how insanely helpless the player support can be. This issue has been around for so long it doesn’t even make sense that they don’t have an estimate time for the fix.

It seems not much people have this problem, but for the few out there like me, it’s a big deal, this is the first time I have seen player support for a game not able to do a thing even though I’m spending a lot of time and some money on the game.

I want a fix, as soon as possible.

Interesting. First time I have seen this bug. Have you contacted live support about this? Looks like something that would probably need to be elevated to SGR to fix.

EDIT: Nevermind looks like it has already been forwarded to the devs a few months ago… yikes

Today I requested Amazon support again and requested the issue to be forwarded to the developers again, there is no ETA for the fix even though it’s been 3 months and I suspect they will make all of us with this issue wait the half-year cooldown on these battle items.

This is completely unacceptable, and I will not take an “ETA not available” as a response because they will just continue ignoring me, it was their fault Vykas server crashed in the first place so they have to take responsibility.

I will keep updating this post and contacting Amazon support daily, as a reminder that I want a fix as soon as possible.

Once again contacted Amazon support, I really hope this issue is fixed by the 4 hour maintenance tomorrow, but no response yet from any developer, manager or moderator so I am not 100% sure.

Like yesterday, I will not let this post be forgotten and will keep updating it, until they take responsibility with their users, there is no excuse for these 3 months waiting and no ETA.

Still no response by anyone, my battle items are still on an insane cooldown currently at 96 days, I will keep updating this post every day for those 96 days until I get a response and fix for this issue.

This is a terribly irresponsible company for causing this issue in the first place and not providing a fix to their users in more than 3 months.

Hope you get an actual response or fix to this. How are you supposed to explain to people that you can’t use battle items for 3 months when they ask?
