Don’t get so hung up on a few vocal people. Feedback for the game is good. Most of my friends quit because of the grind as well, hoping it’d be easier in the future, but we’re not at that point yet. The game is going to have to dwindle hard enough for them to throw a global honing buff that extends into t3 our way currently.
Because the Domino, that I stop going is a Franchise, it’s a branch, and all their stuffs are from headquarters.
My “bad” could probably be, the taste of Domino just don’t suit the taste of people in my area, hence why it drop. Even if you give feedback, certain stuffs cannot be changed.
NA/EU Lost Ark is not headquarters, and they are getting their products from KR Lost Ark.

this kind of explains my situation. I came back to the game after leaving at the end of Feb to play elden ring.
Tomorrow will be starting my 5th week back. I am 1375 (granted I fcked up and did Normal Oreha thinking I could do Normal and Hard mode bc I thought they had seperate lock outs, because other tiers had 2 abyss dungeon lockout… anyway).
When I came back i was like 1060. so 5 weeks and im only at 1375, which realistically could be like 1380-1385 maybe if I got the oreha hard mode set.
Its kind of annoying. What I find insane is the fact I cant even push my alts relatively fast, I used feiton pass on destroyer and its been 3-4 weeks and hes 1325. I had a deathblade at like 400 and shes 960 right now after 4 weeks. The amount of materials it requires to hone in T1 and T2 is insanity, tower is the only thing that somewhat helps, but even then I could be 3 pieces away from 1100 and then boom I fail a single piece and have to wait an entire day to try again. T1 and T2 should be completely skipped at this point in the game.
They are releasing new content for T3 why wouldnt you want to flood everyone and their alts into T3, where honing % is worse and can yield more swiping and revenue. It blows my mind.
I guess this is just Lost Ark, I like in other MMOs where I can generally pickup the game after a few month break and do like a questline that catches me up to current patch content and maybe 1-4 weeks I can farm for gear and look at that now im doing endgame content progression. Lost ark isnt like that. Im nearly 1.5 months into returning and havent even cracked 1400
In all honesty we most likely won’t see global honing buff until the player pop/spending drops off. I think thats pretty clear from the OG launch notes. After realizing just how popular the game was the decides to pull the accelerated progression. My bet is the second population drops off global honing buff will be implemented. It makes the most business sense. Not having it now because game is so popular means more people to spend more vs. not having a reason to spend since progression was so fast and easy. Not having when player pop drops off could lead to people not having enough reason to spend (no friends pressuring them, the amount needed to be spent to actually help etc.)
clearly you can get your chars to 1415 so it’s not the game that’s the problem. More like your friends didn’t want to put in the time or money. Maybe you should teach them how you do it. If you think it’s purely, because of RNG, then yes you giving them mats definitely helps.

The best part of the game starts at 1415, if new players quit before they experience it, its because of the poor game management.
Also, ags has enough say to bring to global buffs to help new players. The buffs already exist. If they can remove the jar or bring the stronghold buff, then they can bring the global buff.
What good things are you talking about? Releasing content that already exists isnt them doing a particular good job. It depends how and when its released and they are failing at it.
Yes thank you, exactly what im saying. We need players like you to progress at a reasonable pace and enjoy the game for its longevity. Im not saying get u to 1460 for free, but at least get an easier time getting to fun content at 1415

did you not read the roadmap or just blind? that’s a hyperexpress pass coming next month. This is why Amazon needs to tell SG to push out content faster. Faster content = more catchup mechanics, but whiny players just complain how everything 's too fast or they’re not ready for the permanent content.

Hyperexpress go from 1302 to 1415. So maybe you should be the one using your eyes.
Yea I think hoping for a power pass or hyper express for anything beyond even 1370 is smoking crack. The last one we has 960 so my guess is 1325 for the July pass.

This is a great attitude to have on a game that requires more ppl to play it for it to be enjoyable.
