I understand South Vern and whatever is delayed but to me more importantly, will we get new costumes still? Don’t really care about content, costumes more important for me, thanks! Please give me non-edgelord looking stuff

You get coal in your stocking for another week or two, but they will say that they will let you know “soon”.
Was it mentioned we were getting new costumes on the 15th? I didn’t think it was, but I genuinely don’t know.
I’m goona let you answer your own question when you read the patch notes.

a chance for them to make tons of money? no of course that won’t be delayed… are you new here?
They do 1 month rotations usually (As in other regions)… Hoping they release multiple skins this next month though since if they want us to get caught up to other versions
