500 Year Old Mera Wine bugged?

So im trying to complete my adventure tome and i activated the 499 year old mera wine to activate the counter, its says to wait about 2.5 hours in real life for it to active. its been 4 hours and nothing has changed, it would also be nice to have a timer so i know how longs its been. Is anyone else having the same issue

Once it turns to the gold item you can complete that.
Try to move that stuff in storage and then back to your inventory.

I thought If I waited too long it would become obsolete and I had to get a new bottle.
I forgot I had it, and next day I logged in the bottle was ready to hand in. Easy fix!
