I’m so sorry you’re having issues with huge queues within Lost Ark.
For this issue I want to confirm if you already applied this troubleshooting related with the Internet Protocol Version 6 (tcp/ipv6) is disable:
- Open Windows settings.
- Go to your Network&Internet section.
- Click Change Adapter Settings.
- Right-click your connection (It can be either LAN or WIFI adapter) and go to Properties.
- Scroll down in the menu until you found the option Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
- Uncheck the box next to it and restart your computer.
- After this process verify Steam Integrity Check files:
- Re-launch Lost Ark.
If you already have this troubleshooting setup, please follow and verify these as well:
Please let us know as soon as possible if after these troubleshooting the problem persists. Also, I want to request which server are you located and character’s name please.

All the things were done, still getting a 4500+ queue. I really don’t think it’s on my end, plenty of others are experiencing this as well. We all know it’s because of the bots that dominate our NA west servers. Just thought I would at least try your fix. It wasn’t a fix though. Have a nice day. Wish I could play your wonderful game before work.
