8 Days after, i still haven't received the item i paid for, and support never answered to me

Because no mod are answering my thread anymore for days now, i’m opening a new one

this is the part 2 of this thread : I never received the item i purchased and the support won't help me at all

@blackbeardo promised the issue was worked on and should be fixed at the end of the week

now we are at the end of the week, and no item, and also no one is answering to me anymore.

So my patience are reaching it’s limit, you are able to send back another founder to everyone but you can not give me the item i paid for, the same item blackbeardo saw on my inventory ?
