The game is stuck at 99% loading on steam, no its not my internet.
I was DC by the maintenance, went to sleep, came back from work without changing anything on my computer and now I can’t load update?
Can I sign up to get back my lost entry for my raids and chaos and all ? No way I will have time. thanks

Regarding the lost entry’s we have a system that we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

I’ll try to uninstall/reinstall if it doesn’t work it would be a uninstall.
Thanks for the link for the timegated ticket lockout, but it doesn’t work! Even for the surprise maintenance with 60sec warning in my argos run I didn’t get anything back. 
So I guess its on me if I can’t load the patch
