Just saying, he never cheated in any MMO we played together. Back in the day we played TERA a lot. Then he switched to BDO and been playing in the past 6 years while never getting banned thus the question why would he cheat in Lost Ark?

At this point I am defending myself from being constantly being called a douche, and defending my point of view as well, just like everyone else. Just because the meta here is to hate everything, to expect someone to just not defend their ideas when everyone slams them is not fair. If anyone drives players away from the game, it is this hostile attitude from the playerbase.

Supports are fine, it’s not the supports, it’s the company we are looking at. These support people quite literally just work their regular jobs and do their regular work, but I’m not sure if you’ve seen that German post from when a customer support decided to quit their job, they literally can’t do anything other than just teleporting you out of spots that you are stuck in.
Ban appeal, I highly doubt they can even look into it or many any decisions about.

Idk what amazon’s ban accuracy is, but why should we doubt them unless it’s like 50% false positive rate?

Yeah well there’s cost-benefit. A few players get caught up, but literally millions of bots get eliminated, queues go away, and everything in the market becomes realistically priced. And if the hostility of the players here are any indication, we aren’t losing much. We need more players in the game that won’t just rage at everything for a little attention. Only at bosses and adds.
maybe amazon games is fine with that false positive rate and it’s not worth their time to investigate the small number of cases?
