im from SA and since the spanish support there is garbage i been obligated to come to english support were people actually know stuff about tech
I friend of mine and guildmember who i have played since the beggining of lost ark got permabaned, he is not even tech savvy to use third party programs, in the email about the ban amazon ask for aditional information to review the ban but after asking what aditional information he only got automated responses telling him that the ban is justified, he dont even know how to use macros and he is permabaned
i understand that people that dont use money in game are not taking anywhere near serious to people like me who put a lot of money in skins and other stuff but i get incredible anoyed that friends with who i play and know that dont do anything wrong get their accounts taken away, like srly i put money and time in this game to be abble to play my alts with my friends and this happen
this shit is not the first time, is like the 3th or 4th time this happen, but the previous ones were friends that spend money in the game so they got their account back after 1 day post apelation, but my friend is not even taken in consideration? only automated responses?
i srly need people to reviw the case and unban him, the only thing we can think about this stuff is that the game crash and he forced closed the game minutes before beging banned.
