The last item isnt available (rethramis quest), ive used sprint on the fastest mount I have so Im at the last item in seconds (still says I have like 10 mins left on the actual icon) but I have never got the last item to spawn. Ive gone back to the second item, and even re-done this several times and it never spawns the last item…
