Ahh, the typical “Complaining makes you manchild” comment, very constructive indeed. I have not seen anyone being a “spoiled 5 year old” really. The playerbase have let them know what they wanted, classes faster than the 1/month pace, and they decided not only to ignore it but to go AGAINST it.
The fact that we will always be behind by a few months on brand new releases is something that the vast majority is aware of and you will only see a very small amount of people ever complain about it in the future, it is NEW and they will mostly be excited and hyped for it, cause if you wanted to play the new class, it would be next in line for release. What they aren’t okay with is being behind on old classes for such a long time, having to wait for multiple classes to release while having no idea when the one you want will release.
The company has to make money no doubt, but are they not making money in KR? Is it worth it in the long run to drive so many players away just to squeeze every possible penny out of the players who stay? Is that amount of monetary gain really worth actively going against the feedback of the playerbase? From my experience with other games, this is not the case and always ends up backfiring.
As it stands right now this game is just bleeding players. Friendlist is dead, I started playing this game with a few other people, the last one quit after the roadmap. Guild is dead, just me and GL left, and server fails Ghost ship/World boss/Chaos gate regularly when we used to fill out at least three channels during these events just over a month ago. But let’s hope with AGS/SG that withholding these classes will bring all these people back somehow am I right?
It was bound to happen. No mmo can hold up 1mil concurrent, especially such niche one, while being vastly different from usual western mmo’s.
As for servers, i play on euc zinnervale, channels are full, thunderwing gathers up to 20 channels worth, no issues with gates/ships. If you choose unpopulated server, sucks to be you, one hope to wait for server merges/transfer
Someone who wants a class that was in beta, then removed for no real reason, and a bud that wants to play a unique support, as far as mmo’s go
Don’t misunderstand us we are pro-quitters. There’s a better place for people that complain about everything. Did you guys know another WoW thing is coming?
Wotlk classic is coming soon and so is Wow Dragonflight. Though I chose to go back to the roots with Oldschool.
“Complainers” is a very broad generalization.
There are absolutely valid complaints about the game, and negative feedback that AGS and SG should listen to; there is also a legion of mouth breathing morons who don’t even understand the issue they’re complaining about, much less the incorrect solution they’re demanding be implemented.
They are not the same thing.

Honestly I loved WotLK the first time. Hope they do better than D2R though

There is a vast difference between complaints that are objective critiques and “complaints” that are pointless demands, cried out as loud as possible accompanied by any form of attack.
But hey all is fine as long as we can disguise it as a “complaint” or as “feedback”…

People are going to suck anyway and the honing upgrade is going to come out at some point anyway. You know what I learned from T1 and T2 bosses? They aren’t worth the time or effort.

LoL to change the game because some vocal minority want it. Sure. Instead changing the whole game for you, find a game which is for you.
People who complain for honing for example have never probably played any other Asian MMO. Honing in LA is pretty good. You have fixed hone with artisan energy but you can hone the part earlier which is plus. With the last events and 3-4 alts you have materials for many attempts weekly. I really don’t see what is bad about it. You need to play effective and optinally. Many of the complainers are just lazy people who want to be on paar with people who actually doing the things right.

Both can be wrong o right. A if gaves a contructive criticism, based on what he played before and understanding that there are a lot more MMO’s than FFXIV and WoW (if he wants to change the whole F* game thats not good).
B is adicted to the game and likes it (so obviosly he cares a lot for the game) but he can’t let that the fanatism consume him or eventually, he’ll be alone.
So, im not against the quitting threads but some of them really seems like only want attention.
