A skin dropped for me in a Chaos Dungeon, but when I opened it, I never received it

A couple minutes ago I had a rare mob drop a skin chest which contained a [Border Shadow Chestpiece]. When I opened the chest, it said I aquired it, but it never appeared in my inventory. My inventory was full when I opened it, but since the chest deletes itself when opened, I assumed the skin would just take the chest’s spot in my inventory.

I’ve looked everywhere, and the skin is just gone. I’ve attached a picture as proof.

I’m sorry to read that your skin piece is missing, have you checked every inventory available? Your pet’s or roster storage?

If yes and you still can’t find it, can you please provide me with the name and server of your character?
