I have seen both sides make their points about why we should have one or not.
I have 6 alts so i agree that lots of free powerpass does make that feel in vain, but i do want to main destroyer and used the powepass because i thought it would time out.
Id personally like the option as a once off to swop one of my teir 3 alts with a destroyer. That way the people who want to main destroyer are happy and the people who dont want others having it easy getting tons of alts to teir 3 are happy.
Id gladly trade one of my teir 3 accounts for a destroyer at the same level. I dont want too much handed to me but do feel if i had known the powerpass could be kept and destroyer would be released without one in may i would have kept it.
Is that a possible option that we can trade a teir 3 class we have for a teir 3 destroyer?
Or failing that if the system set up will not allow this to work, a one off paid power pass.
I just want to main destroyer. All my alts are too progressed and i have no teir 1 mats built up for it. So it will be a month or more before i get to teir 3 destroyer.
Because the build is in the final testing and that is something that has never been in the game? Introducing that kind of new code isn’t something you do in a couple of weeks.
Well my main is 1398 as i only joined 1 month after release. As destroyer coming out with valtan. Ill be pushing to do valtan before trying to lvl up a t1 account.
Seems like an unreasonable solution. To entertain that idea a bit, if they even consider doing that, then I would like to save my one-time option for Aeromancer and just swap my 1500+ character over to her or something on release.
that’s what a main means… and by your own logic you’re keeping your other characters on hold while you use time on the a new character… You could farm infinite chaos dungeons for more mats on your alts, but you are using time on a new character… so yeah, you more or less devalued your own argument

But seriously: WHY would you ever use the powerpass AND express event on a different character if your planned main class comes out the following month?
I mean, which normal thinking person would assume to get such things for free on every major update / class release? How spoiled can people be?
Not only that, Ark Pass resources don’t even expire, like ever. So we basically got 3 fast tracks for free and somehow everyone crying on forums forgot that there is more coming in the future, like new classes. They use everything day one and cry about it the day after, mind-blowingly dumb tbh.
