A Trillion Blessings Quest Bug?

Hey all,
I just finished the Una daily for Atropos island & obtained the reward “Elzowin’s Blessed Letter”. As soon as I got it, I read the letter, & completed several chain quests in order to unlock Tower of Thanks & “A Trillion Blessings”. I have just recently finished “Tower of Thanks”, but the quest “A Trillion Blessings” hasn’t popped up for me (which also means I can’t research lab for teleu merchant). Is this a bug?

UPDATE: I was told by a bud of mine that I was supposed to do the Tower of Thanks questline first, then work on the “Music Echoes in Elzowin” questline (completed this a long time ago) & then do the Una Daily for 7 days (which has been completed). I’m assuming this is a bug & that the game hasn’t fully registered that I completed the Una Daily in Atropos & read the letter? I have also attached two images, one showing that I cannot research a merchant contract because I didn’t read mederiel’s letter (which I did), and the second showing the Daily I completed (with the letter as the reward).

UPDATE:
I just took a glance over the Una Daily reputations & there is indeed another daily for rebuilding Xeenela In rohendel. Didn’t see this before, but will complete & hopefully this fixes the issue.

Hello,

The merchant contract for ‘Blessing of Elzowin’ is separate from Tuleu’s from the Atropos Una rep reward.

If you click on the ‘[A Trillion Blessings] Complete Quest’, it will direct you to the codex where it shows you where to get the quest starter. Hope that this helped if you haven’t gotten an answer elsewhere!

Hello,
thanks for the attempt at helping. I also understand the codex as well, but the issue still stands as I opened mederiels letter but didn’t receive the quest (i.e. the letter is no longer in my inventory).

So what is the deal here anyway? I’ve done the tower of thanks, but not A Trillion Blessings. I got the Elzowin’s Blessed letter from Atropos and did the quest, but not the one through Una’s Reputation and still haven’t had them visit my stronghold (or is that just RNG?). Do I have to get the other item from Una’s Rep to unlock them then?
