You dismantled it and still call it scam. Mkaay. Some people are lucky some are not. Sadly faceted stones cannot be sold. That would be good for some unlucky players.
I didn’t even post about not getting a 6+6 stone, I posted about getting 8 out of 9 fails, while 7 of them are at 25%.
Do you know what are the odds of 7x25% happening? 1.75%.
Fyi, I accidentally dismantled my entire support set of gear and I’m beyond tilted.
I spent 75 pheons on 5 accessories and now I’m wasting the little gold I have left on ability stones.
Think about it like this, in an individual it is highly unlikely that this will occur. However, in a population, it is extremely likely that atleast one of these scenarios occur. You were just unlucky and a part of that extreme population.

I’m not blaming anyone for that, the inventory system is shitty and I should’ve known better, but this +8 fails in a row pushed me over the edge. I lost 20k gold now which would get me close to 1445 and I’ve set myself behind for weeks. If I don’t get the stone today I’m seriously considering deleting everything, I’m just that kind of person.
Yea I can understand the frustration. Maybe do it like we do: if too unlucky stream it to a friend via discord and let them tell you what to click. That helped for a few people

I’m at 11 blue crystals and 300g. I even sold 4k destruction stones for these two final attempts. 3 months of hard work literally ruined.

Yeah facetting is probably the worst bs there is. Feels much worse than honing. Especially the fact that stones cost pheons too, for no reason.
To be fair, if you build correctly you will be perfectly fine even if you don’t have all engravings at 3, I know it feels bad, but don’t sweat it too much.

This is the entire problem. I can’t lock items because I’ve got 2 sets of gear as a paladin. Doing anything solo is cancer with support gear so I have two presets. But whenever you change the preset, you have to re-lock stuff in your inventory you’re not using. I didn’t and all my gear went down the drain. Again, I’ve got only myself to blame, but I knew this was gonna happen one day with such horrible inventory system.
This is just so wrong… I have 2 sets for my scrapper (shock and taijutsu) and I have both acc sets locked and they never get unlocked without my permission. Let alone the 1 hour wait you have to pass after the lock is actually lifted…
It sure sucks and I’m sorry u had to go through that but it is definitely not that the game systems are bad, is the incorrect use of them by the users that bring the problems.

I wasn’t referring to the lock in equipped slots, but to the lock in inventory. Like alt+click. Sorting lock. Whenever I change preset (ctrl+A and ctrl+S) the sort lock is gone and I have to do it again.

You cannot dismantle a locked (not sort locked) item, thus why you should learn to lock your good items. That is exactly what Taylor1 was saying when u said it was the inventory at fault u ended dismantling your accs.
This is what locking means, just in case a picture works better for you.
