I got t3 legendary ability stone with awakening and expert on my Glavier a while ago. I was saving it for my Paladin because I was pushing him to 1370 after I got my Shadow Hunter to 1415. He reached 1370 today but when I went to mail the ability stone to him it didn’t have any engravings (positive or negative) on it anymore. It’s just a blank rock that I can’t even hone. It’s like I don’t have it anymore. I’m also running into the “Trusted Status” issue which I think is weird because I’ve bought plenty of games on steam and even added 5 dollars to my wallet as a last resort. I’m new to the game so any answers on either of these would be greatly appreciated.
Wait… Let me get this straight, so you carved a stone,then mailed to your alt, and the stone lost the nodes and can’t be carved either?
I thought you were not allowed to trade or mail stones that are already carved (even if it was 1 node) . If this is the case, then is a bug.
No I had an uncarved stone ready to send to an alt when he reached 1370 but when I pulled it out of my Glavier’s storage it was naked.
hmm, probably need to enable 2FA (Steam Support :: Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator) , otherwise idk.
As for this, if you still have the stone or remember when did you destroyed it or whatever, you should contact support Contact Us | Amazon Games since they can access your in-game account information, unlike Mods/CMs on the forums.
