Hi, I tried to mail an ability stone to my alt, however the game disallowed me to do so saying that my account has to be trusted status even after I have enabled steam guard authenticator. Also, after failing to mail the ability stones, the ability stone will have its engravings deleted and also become unsellable on the auction house.
Gaining trusted status requires more than just 2FA. You will need to spend at least $5 on the steam store. Adding $5 to your steam wallet is sufficient enough.

Note that it may take up to 30 days for your account status to change to unlimited and achieve trusted status in Lost Ark after your $5 purchase.
