Will we be able to create new characters in different regions? For instance if someone from NA wants to play with a friend in SA, will they be able to create a character there and play, or will NA be limited to NA servers, SA to SA servers and so on?
Please note that I’m not asking about playing with a main character from one server in another region, I’m asking if someone from one region will be able to create characters on servers from other regions.
yes as long as you are in a supported country you have access to all the servers.
You can play in SA or NA or EU. You are free to choose.
And as you already mentioned every progress is serverbound.
Yes, you can, but your PING in a region where you aren’t living will be higher, and in this case, you may need a VPN to reduce the ping.
