I can’t sell or move my store, checking the old ones exposed here, I saw that it is necessary to have the account in “Trusted” mode, I checked and saw that the prerequisites are met, it is worth remembering that recently, I had an internet disconnection, and soon after, in the game my screen returned to the initial screen and apparently I believe that was it, a kind of banishment, please can someone help me with this situation?

I am sorry to read you are having issues with the trusted status of your accounts. Before our last patch “Wreck the Halls”, in order to get the trusted status two basic requirements were needed:

  1. Have a $5 purchase with Steam within a year and older than 30 days.
  2. Have Steam Mobile Authenticator enabled.

However if your Lost Ark account was created after the last patch applied on december 14 last year, you can get the trusted status following this options:

“The first option is for new players to enable the Steam Guard mobile authenticator, and have a Steam profile that’s no longer a ‘Limited User’ account. This is an easy path that won’t require making any Lost Ark purchases. Alternatively, new players can also receive trusted status by making any purchase in Lost Ark through either Steam or Amazon”

In regards to the information provided about the internet disconnection, could you use the Auction House and trade before the internet disconnection?
