About server authentication failure 10010！

HI.I played 900+hours of Lost Ark.but Since yesterday, MY account couldn’t log into the game correctly and I spent 8 hours trying to fix it. At first, I thought it was because of the network. Later, my friend used my computer to log in his account to play the game, which meant that my computer could log in the account correctly, but my account could not log in. I want developers to help.
