You do realize that crystal to gold conversion requires other players to BUY blue crystals with gold right? Red crystals are converted into blue crystals which are then sold for gold. There is no gold generation. In fact, there is a gold SINK in the process coming from the 5% conversion tax. Actually clueless…
The difference is that bots aren’t players.
Without the bots the number of concurrent players would be 20 - 25% of what we have right now. 75% of the “player base” are literally doing nothing but generating gold or funneling gold away from legitimate players via fishing and other easily bottable activities.
This means that a lot of the current gold in circulation would literally not exist without bots. More gold supply = more demand for items = higher prices AKA inflation. What makes this worse is that this provides a direct disincentive for players to buy gold via crystals, which drives up blue crystal prices, which in turn hurts the F2P player base even more by making the Mari shop less viable.
Want more fun facts? RMTers will need blue crystals as well, which means that they are now competing for the already skyrocketing blue crystals with legitimate players, making the blue crystal price spiral into high orbit.

They take away honest way to earn gold in game so that hurts players. RMT is cheaper than official way so everybody looks out for their own wallet, thats logic. if you can buy a car for 10.000 you’re not going to the other “official” dealer to buy the same car for 60.000. Spending less money on the official shop and more on rmt also kills the game. The game is F2P, all income comes from the shop in game. When its too expensive to do it the official way people tend to watch their wallet and not buy from you. What do you these devs run on? water? They need to get paid. updates and servers and all this crap costs money. This literally hurts everybody. Cause if you love a game you want it to be supported it it will die.

The amount of gold is irrelevant as everyone receives the same. You also stated that new gold is created upon transaction from royal crystals to gold, which only shows you have no understanding of the fundamentals of ingame economics.
The problem is indeed the bots, but whatever arbitrary number of gold you made in any other version has nothing to do with anything basically.

An honest player is someone who plays the game by the rules. The only thing the company has done to screw over “honest” players is let RMTers get away with highway robbery. People who cheat do not get punished, while “honest” players are still struggling to get gold and are gatekept out of content.

Nobody is asking about free level up to 1560, lv10 gems or anything. All that people want is for Lost Ark NA/EU to receive the same treatment that other markets received when they had the content we have now.

Abyss Trial and Heroic Guardians should’ve been here day 1. Ungate content. All chaos dungeons and T3 guardian raid bosses were accessible at 1325 item level. Ungate Oreha hard dungeon. This was available for players that were 1325 item level.
When these conditions are met, then I will side with Scamazon over bots. But until then, I cannot side with Scamazon on the botting issue when the entire player experience is ruined outside of whales. Whales take advantage of RMT because it is a system on which Scamazon bases its business model. Ban RMT through the cash shop and then we walk about banning RMT through bots. Don’t put the cart before the horses.
I did not cheat at all in this version of the game, but I played on RU and KR servers. Progression here makes no sense and is far more difficult for a f2p player to achieve, unless we play an army of alts. In KR and RU there was no need for alts to progress early in T3 content. It became a thing beyond +20 item level.
Until these issues are addressed, I hope Amazon and all the shills supporting this madness get a crater instead of an ass. I will side with bots until then. Fuck Scamazon.

Whales exist in KR just fine. Ban whales in NA/EU but not in KR? Whale in NA/EU got scammed if they didn’t RMT wtf are you saying?! Currency exchange via the cash shop is sanction in all versions of the game it’s fair. It circulates existing gold, it allows f2p to trade thier gold for blue crystals. Its a regulated market that benefits both parties. Most of all the prices you can exchange royal crystals for gold is a set amount. The delta between a whale and a f2p can be surmounted, in that server Pay to Lose does make sense, not in ours.
It’s difficult to achieve because its cheap and easy to 3rd party RMT.
Sure the abscence of all the content necessary to juice players well into T3 isnt there, this is the only leg you have to stand on. But it doesnt excuse 3rd party RMT. It doesnt negate it’s negative affects. You care about F2P? Stop making excuses for 3rd party RMT. 3rd party RMT makes it so that the region will NEVER be f2p. Abyss Trial came with Vykas. It was an event that they made permanent. It mainly gives cards anyway. I am unsure when Trial Guardians came.

I am unsure whether this is true or not, but anyhow, their hardmode did not give you the mats for the choset set. In fact, the choset set does not exist in KR.

That’s because KR and RU have been out for a lot longer and have a lot more content at the end-game. They have more catchup mechanics. We don’t have that content and we don’t have those mechanics either.
Valtan dropped double the gold it drops now. Argos dropped 4.5k. Gate of Paradise dropped 1.5k. Kaishur dropped 1.2k gold. Oreha hard was accessible at 1325. All T3 chaos dungeons and guardians raids were accessible at 1325 item level. They were not gated. Heroic Guardians were doable on all characters. Abyss Trials were by now available in KR/RU/JP (Biakiss release). In KR you had by now 2 free Feiton passes for each new player and you could buy more for 10$.
Compare this with what we have and you be the judge. Progression in our game is 2-3 times harder than in any other market.
Chose set is snowflake set exclusively in the west. Keep in mind that Argos set in KR/RU/JP was tradable. All sets up to red set were tradable. In our version of the game they were made untradable.
