supps with yearing set are getting their meters build up realy fast without having to spam their abilities mindlesly. They should keep their buff rotation and not clicking shileds while boss is lying on the ground and givining heals when every1 is full hp

The implication is that you have a specific style you want people on supports to play.
The solution is to make your own group, so you moderate them, can kick them, lecture them etc.
The understanding is, that people have different styles you can’t control or dictate. This is why people make their own groups so they can moderate play styles that match their values.
You’re not really asking a question, more like making a complaint. I am attempting to give you a simple solution on how to deal with people who don’t follow your values of ‘gaming’ aka how you think they SHOULD be playing instead of letting them play how they want.
At the end of the day, it’s not about min/maxing, what you think is best gameplay, most dps, best support. This is just how you alone like to play the game, doesn’t mean everyone is like this.
As a new support alt player. Buddy you dont like it ? Play it or use consumables
Specific style? Support is for supporting, giving dmg buffs when there is a window to do dmg and healing when party realy needs heals yea realy specific style i guess.
Then i think i will go with my dps alt for example on kungelanium and take 0 destruction skills etc bcs its my gameplay. we will kill it in idk 15 minutes and for you i guess is fine 
The point is these people dont want to hear any advice in neihter matchmaking or party finder. i dont have these kind of problems in my static. I wont belive it that u go for example on vykas hard and take paladin with 0 supports engravings, wrong skills etc and be fine about it.
Read full post, i have paladin my self on good ilvl as an alt and seeing these things are hard to watch. The biggest problem is that there is shortage of supports bcs they dont feel like they have inmpact on the raid etc. guess what bcs they do things just wrong, not diferrent, wrong. but any time u try to lecture them they call u toxic. even giving them small advices likes " dont overlap your buffs bcs party will benefit from you more if u play one after the orther" they will just call u toxic
People don’t like to be lectured. I mean do you? Probably not.
When you’re demanding people to play the game your way, that is your specific style. How is this confusing?
If you cry when your mom makes chicken nuggets b/c you think she didn’t cook them right? then she might tell you if you want to be a cry baby about how she made it, then make your own nuggies. This is b/c you like the nuggies a specific way, but still expect your mom to make it. So why don’t you just make it yourself??
This is exactly what already happens if you’re matchmaking. This is also why people who don’t want this make their own group, you know b/c they understand they can’t control the playstyles of other people who don’t fit their values.
I dunno how you’re confused. You can’t truly be this dense to think that people will just do what you want them to do… I mean you either are trolling or just acting ignorantly.

Asking support to support is my specific style? Asking dps to dps is a specific style?
Asking firefigher to put out the fire is specific? like dude what are u on? these examples can go forever and u will still say its some1 specific style? Guess what supports are ment to support XD even in their name. “support”
If u go for example on your main. lets assume its dps. on A raid. Ppl will want you to do dps? or to do what and its not anything specific style. If ppl ask you to use destruction on valtan is their specific style or its general how this raids work
You are complaining about how a support should be supporting based on your gaming style/values.
Stop trying to change your narrative now that people are pointing out you just got a control issue.
The big problem is people are still expecting supports to primarily be healers instead of Damage Enhancers.
You don’t take a support in lost Ark for healing unless you are pretty bad at dodging mechanics or want to save a few hundred gold per attempt on potions. You bring a support because they increase the total dps of a 4 man team by a significant amount more than a 4th dps would.
That said, support healing is great for people who don’t play perfect, and lets be honest very few of us play perfect. It can heal up chip damage, and was essential on pre-legion raid encounters as is seen in Argos, specifically p3.
U right I hate team up with bard never use health buffs until you are about too daed ended up using all my posts players are so stupid…

i mean it’s clear, you want people to play like you yet dont want to make your own group so you can moderate their play style
sure, heals shield are great when they are needed. we all love them
But as i said seeing bards using heal when all are full hp or even better using heal when all are 100%hp and shielded is just smth else for me.
But i have my lesson from this forum that asking supports to support is my specific gameplay XD

Tbh yeah i agree lots of supports dont play optimally or straight up wrong. But they are needed and due to the lack of them we cant get to choose and pick.
