Abyss armor purchased but not in inventory

Hello
i just bought my gunlancer an abyss gunlance and armor.
gunlance is in inventory and equippable too, the armor is nowhere to be found.
looked into every inventory but nothing, the ingredients are gone

If you can’t find it anywhere then your best course of action would be to contact our support team and inquire about the missing items.
