I was in the oreha’s preveza when surprise maintenance hit and I immediately lost my entrance count for the week. I tried contacting amazon support but Gurpuneet said he can’t help me and won’t be allowing me to contact a supervisor, manager or to escalate the issue. I’ve searched and apparently this is an ongoing issue since release. Seriously amazon? The only thing that works properly in this game is the real money transactions. Makes you think.

They give you notices 2 hours before, 1 hour before, 30 minutes before, 15 minutes before, 10 minutes before, 5 minutes before.
Thats MORE than enough notice for you to leave the dungeon so you keep your attempt.
Thats on you for thinking you could clear in 5 minutes instead of just leaving and waiting for maintenance.
