Abyss Dungeon Ticket usage on server disconnect

Hi,

Character Name: Yizura
Server: Zinnervale - EU Central

Dungeon - Tranquil Karkosa

I queued for Tranquil Karkosa and on entering the dungeon I was sent back to Rohendel load screen. Appears to be something related to the high cross-server traffic in EU Central.

Can an abyss entry ticket for this instance be recovered?
