I was doing abyss raid(argos) and got a blue screen of death. When I came back first gate isn’t completed and my entry count is exceeded. My entire progress is blocked because of this and even if I wait entire week for the reset it might happen again so please help…
Welcome back to the forums, @PreDDD!
I’m sorry to know about the situation you had in the middle of an abyss raid.
I’m sorry to know you were disconnected in the middle of a chaos dungeon.
At the moment, We don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, nor the rewards. We have an automated system in place that will re-grant access to activities in-game that have weekly lockout timers, utilize tickets, or consume a daily bonus (Aura of Resonance).
Keep in mind as well that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experienced a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Here’s an official post about this: Update to Timed and Ticketed Content Lockouts.
I can’t guarantee that you’ll be receiving the re-entry ticket, my apologies for that.
I hope the information helps, stay safe!
can you help me solve the blue screen issue then? It happens at least once a day and I’m preety sure the problem is my GPU but I have the latest drivers so I don’t know what else can I do. It only happens in lost ark and its preety random as well. Sometimes it happens when I’m in a dangeon, sometimes when I just walk from place to place. My GPU is AMD Radeon 6700XT.
Some players have reported issues with AMD drivers, I’d recommend you to roll back to a previous version (I’ve seen that some players agree that version 22.5.1 has stopped most of the issues).
If the problem persists please contact us via support ticket so your case can be further reviewed.
When contacting support, you can add the Dxdiag report as an attachment, as it might help the team to determine the cause of this issue. Here’s the instructions to get this in case you need it:
In Windows, select Start and enter dxdiag into the search box on the taskbar. Select dxdiag from the results.
In the tool, select Save All Information for an easily shared format.
I hope this helps.
rolling back to 22.5.1 version seemed to help. Didin’t get a blue screen since I did it AND I got my ticket back today. Thank you for help
Thanks for the update on this one, really appreciated.
I’ll make sure to keep an eye on this and check for more data to share with the team.
