I bought the black Abyssal city skin and when I tried to dye it every part color turned white and when I tried to revert to the original color it remained white on everyhing.
The game lost me 10 material for recolor too but that doesn’t really matter to me and I actually like the withe one but I think it’s a problem that people can’t revert to the original color.

Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
