I got locked out last reset from doing both my Punika Abyssal Dungeons.
I queued into Aira’s Oculus with a group but we never got past the loading screen. We got kicked from the loading screen and got locked out of Aira’s Oculus (1st dungeon). This was on an Alt that just made it to T3 so I hadn’t completed a T3 dungeon on that character yet. Because of this I also wasn’t able to enter Oreha Preveza (2nd dungeon). So i lost my entry to the 1st and 2nd because it said i had to complete the previous dungeon before doing the next.
I have talked to 2 support agents. The first told me that he escalated my case and I would be contacted by the technical team. 3 days later nothing. So I contacted another agent and he told me that amazon is working on a fix to the bug but we will NOT be compensated in anyway.
I asked why I couldn’t get a re-entry sent to my character because i saw that people were getting Valtan re-entry tickets when that was bugged. He told me that “Valtan was totally different” and that he can’t do that.
Honestly?!?!? Is this really what amazon does when people have issues? Just ignore the players and hope they forget? This is really just sad. I honestly just wanted them to send me my 2 re-entry tickets because the bug prevented me from doing either dungeon. This would have just been over but amazon doesn’t really care for the community I guess. I don’t know if there is any other conclusion I can come to from this.
We know that situations like this are very frustrating and that’s why you normally will get the restoration ticket on your game mail.

So you are telling me that getting locked out of a dungeon before loading in is not a case of your side?
Abyssal Dungeons only lock you out after you have killed the last boss. you get no loot before that and if your team fails you can find another group. So how is it possible for me to get locked out of a dungeon without killing a single boss or even seeing the dungeon?!?!?!
Also if you look at the screenshot it shows a lockout for Aira’s Oculus (On the right side of the screen in red). You also seen on the bottom left Oreha Preveza says “Preceding Dungeons Must Be Completed”.
How is that even possible…
Does this look like a like an issue that falls into this category?

It wasn’t really a disconnect problem at all. No matter what happened you should not get locked out if you didn’t kill the final boss and get loot. period.
If people are contacting support with a problem why are we getting blamed for the problem. Why not just give people who got locked out a re-entry ticket and thats all. problem solved. Instead everyones time is wasted and people get upset when it could have all been resolved easily.
