yesterday i made abysall dungeon aira oculus.when i click enter,the loading took so long (never experience like this with my main character) and when done loading,my party gone and 3 sec later i teleported back to city and it took my weekly.i never disconnect so it means i dont have problem on my side right?.can i have my weekly ticket back?

We understand that situations like this are very frustrating and that’s why you normally will get the restoration ticket but unfortunately for this since it was not a disconnection on our side we will have to wait until the weekly reset.
