Abyssal Dungeon Bug x infinity

I find it unfortunate that my first ever post here is one complaining about something in the game, but I’m sure I’m not the first person to mention this. Will the bug ever be fixed? I joined a group yesterday where this happened and only I loaded in. Quit dungeon, tried reentering with the same party and surprise surprise, I lost my weekly entry. Tried raising a ticket via amazon web ticket, even worse experience. It’s extremely frustrating to attempt to explain an in game issue to a person on the other end who very clearly doesn’t / can’t be bothered to understand the problem, and finally ends off with 'it’s your problem if the automated system doesn’t see it as our fault" after my attempt at a detailed explanation.

I assume that there is no way for me to get this ticket back before the reset. But I’m sure i’m not the only one who would REALLY appreciate someone who actually understands what I’m talking about look into this issue.

also to add the bug when you go PF and then try to do the oreha dungeons you and the party will not be loaded into the dungeon need to do it for like 3-5 to manage to get in

yeah man that happens all the time and I’ve lived with that crap, losing a weekly entry otoh is a whole nother level.

I really apologize you’re having this situation with the weekly entry lost and the fact you didn’t recover the ticket to try again this Dungeon with your friends.
We understand is frustrating our support team or us on forums can’t send tickets or re-grand the entry to the players to an specific dungeon, but we really don’t have a tool to do this on our end.

Our automatic system will determine if the ticket can be sent , if the game was crashed by our fault , I understand this explanation will not be what you expect but it the most accurate and updated information on this topic.

I know this is concerning , as a player also this is something i will really like to improve from our end , additionally this thread will be moved to the category ‘‘ Game Feedback’’ where the team will have an eye about your opinion and experience.
This will be checked by our specialized team , I apologize again for the issues this is causing.
