so today my abyssal dungeon got bugged and I got disconnected from dungeon, when I went to abyssal dungeon manager it said that entry was consumed, what am I supposed to do now?

Sorry to hear about that bug, if you got disconnected normally the automated system should send you a mail with a re-entry ticket within 24 hours of the error.

I am sorry that you didn’t get the re-entry ticket, the system will only re-issue it within the first 24 since the bug happened, currently we do not have an option to re-issue those entry tickets manually so in this case I would have to ask you for the next reset if the abyssal dungeon, this is not something we would want anyone to experience so if you have the time to explain a bit more about the error that you encountered (any error messages, does it happen randomly or if its consistently, etc.) so I can escalate that information to the dev team.

here is the thing my whole party got moved back to town there was no local or third party issue and still my entry was not re issued, first I got denied of my twitch drops I submitted multiple tickets after 1st 24 hrs and was chatting with live support for weeks I submitted tickets to twitch and the last live chat was like this “we cant grant you items because its already to late” and this time as well our system was unable to determine, can you please explain me how THE fuck is it not considered server issue or in game issue when whole party gets removed from the dungeon and getting moved back to the town and only my entry getting consumed?
I apologize for my rudeness but I am really irritated as of now with support and their inadequacy
