Abyssal Dungeon Clear Bug/Glitch

In the abyssal dungeon ‘Tranquil Karkosa’ there’s a clear bossing glitch but it doesn’t let you move to the dungeon after. My dungeon says that I cleared it and weekly entry count exceeded but I didn’t clear it nor did I get the rewards for that dungeon. Is there a way to reset my entry ticket on this dungeon DEVS since this is a bug? Thanks <3g
